Mentorship Program
All mentorship programs are available for beginning - advanced level dancers who are looking to elevate their performance quality, strengthen and solidify their technique, or push the limits of their creativity. These programs are also available for people who have never danced and want to learn basic technique and foundational movement in a 1-on-1 setting without the pressures of a dance class setting.
All mentorship programs are 4-week sessions. Different mentorships meet at different frequencies. Contents of mentorships vary depending on which one you’re interested. Programs are available for out-of-state and out-of-country students and will take place over Google Meet or Zoom.
4-week (1 month) mentorship program: $100/week
Mentorship programs 1 - 6 months: $85/week

Choreographic Mentorship
Curious about choreography but don’t know where to start? Working on a dance work but need some new choreographic tools to play with? Then this is the program for you! Learn simple tools and skills to create movement material and phrase work, work through transitions, and more! Mentees will create a solo or group-work over the course of 4 weeks to bring their vision to life. At the end of the 4-week mentorship, a small virtual showing will be held. A small number of choreographers in the field will be invited to provide feedback.
4-weeks, 2x a week (time and days set between the mentor and mentee) for an hour unless otherwise requested
Option to create on self, another person, or a small group work
Choreographic mentorship program is not limited to any one style of dance
Available for new and veteran choreographers
Technique Training Mentorship
This mentorship program is geared towards people with no previous dance training who might be intimidated by enrolling for a dance class, and for beginning /intermediate dancers who are wanting to push and elevate their technique. This mentorship is also available to advanced - professional level dancers who have not taught previous and are looking to begin their career in dance education. Taught from a somatic lens, this technique and strength training program’s purpose to ensure that you’re utilizing your technique and musculature whilst dancing and performing.
Meetings 3x a week (schedule set by mentee and mentor), for an hour unless otherwise requested
Knowledge able techniques: Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, vernacular Hip Hop and House dance
This program accepts dancers as young as 12 years of age and has no “maximum age” cap

Freestyle/Improvisation or Performance Mentorship
Whether you’re stuck in a “freestyle/improvisation comfort zone” and want to push yourself to explore new movement pathways, textures, and qualities - this is the workshop for you. Likewise, if you’re looking to elevate your performance quality!
This program is really tailored to what the mentee needs. Think of it as a “Build-a-bear workshop”!
Frequency of meeting can range from 2x - 4x a week
Mentor’s knowledge areas of enhancing performance quality and freestyle: Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Ballet, Hip Hop Freestyle, House Freestyle, Floor work
